Why do we never believe in ourselves?
Do you struggle with believing in yourself? Do you have those moments where you believe in yourself so much you feel like nothing can stop you, then out of no where you get hit with some serious self doubt? Yeah, same. There is nothing wrong with it so don’t beat yourself up. This is where you can take a step back and evaluate, why it’s happening. Why are you doubting yourself? did someone say something to you? if someone didn’t say something, did you tell someone something that you were doing or working on?
Sharing your ideas with people can be a good idea but you need to be careful on who you’re sharing with! If you share with someone who will encourage you and bounce ideas back and forth with you then great! by all means if you feel like sharing your ideas with them then do so!
It’s the people who will not support you or bounce ideas around with you that you need to be careful of, because even if they do not say it to your face they are most likely wishing on your failure. Or they may try to take the idea for themselves. If someone does not want you to succeed their energy can infiltrate yours even they don’t me to it can happen and that is why sometimes out of no where you will start doubt yourself. So just be mindful of who you are sharing with and even then be careful to not overshare.
It is also important to protect your energy so that nobody can make you doubt yourself. You can protect your energy by carrying protective crystals such as: Smoky quartz, labradorite, black tourmaline, turquoise, selenite, and black obsidian. If you are not into crystals there are many others ways to protect your energy like, using protective herbs such as bay leaves, angelica root, rosemary and more. (I will probably do a blog on energy protection herbs & crystals) Until then use the information I have provided here and do some research of your own as well! What works for me could be different for you!
Always remember to believe in yourself no matter what, because you are capable of great things and nobody can take that away from you. So get up and stop doubting yourself, get back to work!
